I do not offer a portfolio of one-size-fits-all tools and techniques. I work closely with clients to make sure that together we come up with ideas that will help you solve problems or respond to opportunities.

Strategic Work Sessions

When your team is facing a big challenge, you don’t have time for long studies or endless meetings. In a half-day, roll-up-your-sleeves session, we’ll get clarity on the problem, align the right people, and map out practical next steps.

No endless meetings. No vague plans. Just progress.

A Strategic Work Session zeroes in on one big challenge. For example:

  • 9Getting a change unstuck and back on track
  • 9Launching a major project on the right foot
  • 9Preventing scope creep before it derails momentum
  • 9Of course, you are welcome to suggest a different pressing challenge that you’d like to address.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Gather insights – Before the session, I’ll help you collect critical input from stakeholders so we understand why there’s a problem and what’s at stake.
  2. The Work Session – A half-day, highly practical meeting where your team rolls up its sleeves. By the end, you’ll have a clear, agreed-upon strategy and concrete actions to move forward.
  3. Follow-up – A 60–90 minute check-in to see how things are going and provide recommendations for keeping momentum.

Targeted Coaching

I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all program. Each coaching engagement is tailored to the leader or team I’m working with. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and decide on the number and length of sessions that works best for you.

My role is to help you:

  • 9Quickly spot hidden roadblocks that stall change.
  • 9Strengthen support where it matters most.
  • 9Gain clarity and confidence in how to move forward.
  • 9Build skills by allotting time to practice during our sessions.

This is not long-term, open-ended coaching. It’s focused, practical support designed to help you make progress right away.

The result: clarity, alignment, and a realistic plan your team believes in.

My coaching is not theoretical — we focus directly on the challenges you are facing right now. You’ll gain fresh insight into why things may be stuck, discover new ways to build support, and leave each session with clear actions you can take immediately. I offer some online training that can be easily adapted for a leadership or planning team. In other words, you take the program at your own pace, but we meet by phone or Zoom once a week or so to discuss ways to apply what you are learning.
