This seems to be a brilliant idea. Doctors answer questions for free that have saved lives. . . i started thinking about the challenge of leading change in organizations. What if people had access to free expert advice like this? If doctors are willing to donate their time and knowledge, I wonder if people who know something about change (or any other management or leadership issue) might be willing to do the same. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Perhaps this idea is already out there.
